This vehicle was sold new in Finland and converted to a group N race car from new, there is a sales advert of this car dated 1992 as a group N race car.

It has had a very short racing carrier, reason for this is that in Finland they stopped its racing category in 1995. After that there were a few ice race events. In one of these the car hit a snowbank and very lightly rolled onto the passenger’s side roof pillar, this didn’t cause much damage but it needed slight repair. It then disappeared from the racing scene and was forgotten about for many years, until it appeared for sale one day.

The current owner purchased it around six years ago, he has only used it in the summer months as a second car and for attending car shows.

The engine is still original, the gearbox was replaced in the 90’s as the original one suffered damage whilst racing.

It has never had any rust repairs and is totally rust free, as you would imagine from a vehicle that has only been driven 15000km. There are a few minor repairs from its track days but nothing mayor.

This would be a great car for competition, or just to be used for track days and car shows. It is road registered and has a valid Finnish MOT/TUV.
