Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Type 34 Coupe

This car is one of the first Karmann Ghias of the type 34 body model to be manufactured. 1961 was not yet produced in large quantities and there are very few cars left today. The production number is small: 0007680, because it is one of the first cars to be manufactured and perhaps the first to come to Finland.

It was manufactured at the factory in 11/1961 and imported new to Finland. Registered in 1962 in Finland.

Really neat paintwork and upholstery in good condition. The engine works well and has been completely renovated in 2021. The car is partly original, including the original headlight housings that have been preserved, many of which have rusted. The car has been welded very little and is original and clean from the bottom.

Registered as a Finnish museum vehicle in 2004.

Classic Data report carried in December 2018 with a grade of “2” and value of “38,000€”, of course gone up in value since then.
