Jaguar XJ6 Series 1 4.2 RHD 

Lovely RHD old English white Jaguar with red leather interior.

Registered on 18.10.1972. Imported to Finland on 12.07.2000.

I am currently using this Jag as my summer car, it is great to drive and gets plenty of looks from all ages.

It has just had a full service including to following:

• Engine oil, filters, and plugs.
• Gearbox oil changed.
• Diff oil changed.
• Fuel lines renewed.
• Both carburettors serviced and rebuilt using a rebuild service kit.
• Automatic choke system removed and replaced with new manual version.

In 2015 it was repainted on the outside, from what I can see the internal areas are still original paint. I have measured the paint thickness, and it is surprisingly low for a vehicle of this age, this tells me that it has not had many paint jobs. There were a few higher readings around the rear arches and lower rear valance, other than that very good.

Interior is very nice for its age, looks original to me.

Meter reading is around 91000 miles, there are no records to verify that this is accurate.

The underneath of the car is totally rust free and in great shape, I could not see any previous weld repairs.
