Lancia Delta HF 4WD 8V Group N

Description

This vehicle has been a rally car for many years, but we have no idea if it was converted from new. There are some records of it competing in Estonia in 1992.

After that it made its way to Finland and competed at the following events.

1993 Teboil Rally
1995 Auranmaan OP-Rally
1999 Nokia Ralli
2000 Black Rocket Rally
2001 Kiskon Alue Rally

The last known event was in 2001 at the Finnish Rally Exide, where it finished 1^st in its class.

Since then, it has only been used as a hobby car and not seen much use. Mainly having fun on the frozen lakes.

Recent works carried out:

Engine top and bottom end rebuild.
Gearbox rebuilt.
Brakes recommissioned.

The car is in fully functional condition but would require some upgrades and updating before any competition use.

Renew safety equipment, seats, belts, fire extinguishers etc.
Rear cradle and arms could be improved/upgraded, currently still standard Group N.
