Nice classic VW Bug with great patina!
Registered with the Finnish museum register in 1996.
It was inspected in 2020 (MOT/TUV) and is fully roadworthy, in Finland museum registered vehicles are inspected every four years.
According to the previous owner it has recently had all new brakes fitted. I have given it a short test drive, and everything seems to be working as it should, it has been stood for a while so could do with a good drive to clear things out.
In my opinion it is in quite good condition for its age, not perfect but not bad at all.
It was painted on the outside in 1996, I have a photo of it then looking nice and shiny. Inside the car still seems to be original paint.
Tyres are old and cracked, still ok to use but gives you an idea that this vehicle has not seen a lot of use over the years.
I have many detailed photos that will give you a very good idea as to the condition, these can be sent upon request. Below are some brief good and bad pointers.
Good points:

- Nice original interior, apart from carpeting.

- Super straight body panels.
- Ready to use.
Bad points:
- Bodywork is showing signs of wear in places.
- Some faint signs of over spray visible on some of the window rubber seals.
- Weld patches on heater channels and bottom of spare wheel well.
- Aftermarket carpet fitted.
