NOW SOLD TO FINLAND!

This Fiat Spider has been totally restored, it was stripped and rebuilt using mainly new parts.

Current owner purchased it here in Finland at the beginning of year 2000, it was originally imported from the USA.

The restoration started with a completely rust-free body that was polished to a tin-bright finish before painting, primed with acid paint and surface color + lacquers. The paint job was carried out by a professional that ha restored many other vehicles.

Originally the vehicle was fitted with a 1800cc engine, now fitted is a totally refreshed 1600cc engine. Bored out cylinders with new pistons, ground crankshaft and new bearings. New factory new cylinder head with original intake manifold and double Dellorto Drla 40 vertical carburettors. New alternator and starter motor. Model-specific exhaust manifold + 2″ exhaust system.

All electrics totally renewed. Battery is in its original location in the boot, also electric fuel pump.

Koni suspension kit (springs + shock absorbers), all brake discs renewed and brake calipers overhauled and serviced. In addition, all brake hoses + brake cables have been replaced.

Fitted is a safety roll cage with 4-point harness belts.

Cromodora CD30 Abarth Magnesium rims. New windshield. All lights and decorative parts renewed as well as exterior handles.
